Shipping Policy

1. Free shipping applies to paid-in-full "BUY ONLINE" orders only. Delivery charges may apply to "VIEW OUR SHOWROOM" and in store layaways (Price Hold Accounts).
2. Layaways must be picked up, or delivery arranged at nearest store location.
3. Merchandise cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.
4. Merchandise will be delivered to you within 14 days of placing your order. Deliveries do not include unpacking, inside placement or installation.
5. Items ordered at the same time may arrive separately.
6. Select products qualify for free UPS Ground shipping within the Continental US.
7. Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s) against theft or damage while in transit.
8. When applicable, you can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product by clicking on the “Calculate Shipping” link on our web site.
   

Shipping Options

We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options.  UPS is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose other options.

UPS

1. Guaranteed delivery time.
2. Signature required upon delivery.
   

Truck

1. Overweight and/or oversized items can only be shipped by common carrier.
2. For delivery to the inside of your home or business, please call our customer service department at 770-381-6100, extension 28, to arrange this.
