Refund/Return Policy
Refunds must be requested within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise. After 72 hours, Home Décor Liquidators may at its discretion issue a store credit. The original sales receipt must accompany the request for a refund. Merchandise must be returned in the original factory container and in sellable condition. Cash refunds over $50 and all checks require a corporate refund request. Allow up to 14 business days to process a refund. Credit card refunds must be credited to the original card at the store.
Flooring Refund/Return Policy
In order to sell our flooring items at extremely low prices, Home Décor Liquidators buys the majority of our products through closeouts and overruns. We ask that you inspect all flooring products prior to installation. Please verify shade, grading and caliber prior to installation.
Flooring products such as tile, hardwood, laminate, etc. can be exchanged for store credit only, no cash refunds. In addition, no refunds allowed after installation.
Exchanges are allowed for up to 7 days from the original sales receipt. Store credits are good for 6 months. Returned merchandise must be in the original unopened cartons, and in sellable condition.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns based on the above criteria.
On-line Purchases
Refund/Return Policy
At Home Décor Liquidators, our goal is to insure complete satisfaction with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process.
It is most important that you inspect the package at the time of delivery. In the case of delivery by common carrier, ask the freight carrier for a copy of the delivery receipt. Record the freight company's name and trailer number so we may track the order back to our vendor.
It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) from our Customer Service Department by calling (770) 381-6100 ext. 28 prior to returning any merchandise.
If the product is damaged in shipping, you may choose to refuse the delivery. If you choose to refuse the delivery, you must note the damages on the delivery receipt.
If only part of an item is damaged, you may accept the order, note the damages, and contact our customer service department. We may be able to replace damaged pieces.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees.
How to return or exchange an item:

In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at 770-381-6100 Extension 28.

Place the original package into a shipping carton.

Include a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.

Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Send pre-authorized returns to: call Customer Service for the location nearest you.

Alternatively, you may return an item to any one of our physical store locations throughout the USA.
Rules:

All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories.

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.

We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
Custom Orders
Custom orders such as “canvas artwork” are not returnable unless damaged. If damage occurred during shipping follow the return policy described above.
