PRICE HOLD POLICY
(LAYAWAY/ORDER)
The company does not represent to hold the merchandise at sale location once a Price Hold account is opened, but will guarantee the price of the ordered merchandise for up to 90 days. Accounts are considered delinquent after 90 days and all monies paid in will be applied to store credit. Some items may be discontinued after 90 days. No refunds on deposits made on Price Hold accounts after 10 days. Instead, store credit is issued to the customer’s account. After six months, all Price Hold accounts not paid in full are subject to a service charge of five dollars per month.
