Limited Warranty
Congratulations. You've just purchased one of the finest sleep systems available, backed up by one of the finest warranties in the business. At Home Decor Liquidators we sell mattresses that allow our customers a better nights sleep, which includes replacing or repairing any sleep set component that fails to live up to our high standards for quality materials and workmanship. Please take a few minutes to read over the warranty guidelines below.
Length of Warranty
Your warranty protects you from the day you purchase your sleep set and continues according to the "Warranty Schedule". In the event the we repair or replace your sleep set, this warranty continues your protection from the original date of purchase.
This Warranty Covers the following items during normal wear:
*Coils that are loose or broken
*Coils that protrude or rip through fabric
*Body indentations of 1-1/2" or greater
*Sagging: Your mattress must be continuously supported by a matching box spring, box foundation, or equivalent with an appropriate frame. The frame should include a center support or at least 5 hardwood cross slats for a king and queen set. A rigid center support is equal to a support that reaches from the frame to the floor.

| *Product that is stained, soiled, abused, or where infestation is present. |

Warranty Schedule
| Plush Top: | (1) One year Full | 15 years limited |
| Pillow Top: | (2) Two years Full | 20 years limited |
| Euro Top: | (5) Five years Full | 25 years limited |
Home Decor Liquidators reserves the full discretionary rights for full replacement or to replace a component.
Your new Home Decor Liquidators mattress has one sleeping surface. This means you will never have to flip your mattress.
Body indentations can be a normal occurrence and indicate the layers of upholstery are conforming to your body.
We make every effort to be sure our sleep sets are produced using the finest materials available. If, however, you do discover a defect in your new Home Decor LIquidators mattress or box spring, simply contact us at info@hdlfurnitureandflooring.com . If you are not near a computer you can call us Toll-Free at (877) 299-3327 xt. 28 and speak with our friendly customer service advisors.
If a defect occurs during the warranty period (which is described in the Warranty Schedule). Home Decor Liquidators will repair or replace (at our option) the defective mattress or component and/or box spring/foundation within a reasonable period of time. In order for this limited warranty to be valid, you must:
| 1. Be the original online purchaser of this sleep set |
| 2. Provide a copy of the original receipt, or other proof of date, and purchase price. |
| 3. Provide the law label from the defective product |
Customer is responsible for transportation costs of the product to and from the store or factory, as applicable. Your warranty does not cover products found in unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials.
Don't
| 1. Place your mattress near an open flame or expose to fire. This mattress is not flame or fire proof and can ignite and/or burn if exposed to an open flame |
| 2. Don't smoke in bed |
Exclusive Remedy/Other Limitations:
ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH BEGINS WITH THE DATE OF PURCHASE BY THE CONSUMER. THE SERVICE TERMS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE CONSUMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF PRODUCT FAILURE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. HOME DECOR LIQUIDATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR THE INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR THE BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.
